Request for refunds must be in writing (sent by email) stating the players name, mailing address, age group, team name and phone number. Refund requests should be emailed to: registrar@nsgsc.ca
(a) Refunds will be given to injured, quitting and wait-listed children as of the refund cut-off date of October 15. A $50 administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
(b) No refunds will be
given to Select players who accept positions on Select teams and then
decide not to play. This includes all registration, tryout and select
team fees.
(c) Refunds for the Winter MWSL will be subject to a $50 non-refundable administration fee.
(d) Refunds for the Women's Spring/Summer League will be subject to a $15 non-refundable administration fee.
